Yves-Marie MORIN
Yves-Marie assists the accounting and finance departments of SMEs, major groups and foreign companies with their public accounting and statutory audit assignments. With extensive international experience from his auditing career with Arthur Andersen in the USA and France, he joined Nexia S&A in 1991 to develop international assignments. His main areas of expertise are assisting and advising foreign groups : auditing, compilation and international tax assignments, as well as statutory audits. Since the firm became a member of the NEXIA INTERNATIONAL network, Yves-Marie has played an important role in representing the firm to this body, and has played an active part in the network’s international development, in order to effectively serve clients referred to the firm by the network.yves-marie is also certified by the Compagnie des Conseils et Experts Financiers as a business valuator, and assists clients with M&A operations. He is also an IFRS-certified auditor, and in this capacity has carried out a number of IFRS transition assignments, as well as the IFRS consolidation of several of his clients.
