Jean-Baptiste HERVET

With over 20 years’ experience in auditing and consulting, Jean-Baptiste is mainly involved in statutory auditing, transaction support (buy-side and sell-side due diligence) and risk management consulting. He works with structured SMEs, ETIs and international groups in the industrial and service sectors, and has developed a keen awareness of international operations, including two years spent in New York serving American clients. He is also a member of Nexia’s global board, coordinating international assignments for global customers. In recent years, Jean-Baptiste has also worked on the implementation and auditing of internal control systems (risk mapping, implementation of reference systems, internal auditing, etc.), notably for the finance departments of major groups and LBO companies. He also carries out audits of contributions, mergers and special advantages. He has a very good knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP. Jean-Baptiste is a chartered accountant and statutory auditor, Managing Director of Nexia S&A and a member of the Management Committee.
