Hervé TERAN
After graduating from La Sorbonne in 2004, Hervé TERAN started his career with Mazars where he worked for 7 years within their Audit department before taking part in their Financial Advisory Services.
He joined Nexia S&A in 2014 to reinforce the Financial Advisory department and more precisely the Transaction Services team. He advises investment funds and companies of all scales in their acquisition or disposal operations through financial due diligence operations.
He became a partner in 2018 and has contributed to over a hundred projects, on both buyer and seller sides and for transaction ranging from €1 million to over €100 million in value.
Hervé’s experience has led him to collaborate with a wide range of companies specialised in services, industry, distribution and digital economy.
