Sandrine GIMAT

Sandrine GIMAT specialises in Audit and Advisory Services, including Accounting, Finance and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) for SMEs, midcaps and listed companies. She operates both as a legal and contractual auditor, as a consultant to Financial and CSR departments, as well as for Risk Management and Transactions Services assignments.

She has acquired extensive experience in IFRS and the related obligations of stock exchange listing in Europe. She is the firm’s representative for MiddleNext, a professional organisation of French midcaps.

CSR representative since 2015, she has developed a strong knowledge of sustainability issues for companies and private equity funds as well as of the related regulations (NFRD, CSRD, EU taxonomy for sustainable activities, SFRD).

She qualifies in many economic sectors, including information technologies, business services and industrial activities.

Sandrine GIMAT is a Chartered Accountant, Statutory Auditor, she graduated from Kedge Bordeaux (GE 94). Following 14 years with Arthur Andersen and Ernst & Young, she joined Nexia S&A in 2009 and became a partner in 2010.
