Laurent CAZEBONNE
Laurent CAZEBONNE is in charge of Legal Audits, Financial Due Diligences and Advisory Services. He works with a portfolio of SMEs, midcaps and listed groups reporting under French regulations or IFRS.
He has in-depth experience of various industrial sectors, services and investment companies.
He graduated from the University of Bordeaux with a Master’s degree in Accounting and Financial Sciences & Techniques and a Bachelor’s degree in Commercial and Social Law, allowing him to perform both as a Chartered Accountant and a Statutory Auditor.
He started his career in 1998, joined NexiaS&A in 2005 and became a partner in 2007.
