Jérôme DEBROISE
Jérôme DEBROISE specialises in accounting and consulting for small and medium-sized businesses, intermediate-sized entities, groups of companies and micro-businesses with growth potential. He advises directors, managers on financial, accounting, tax and human resource management issues.
Together with his team, he is responsible for the drawing up of financial statements, tax optimisation and the setting up of tools for steering and monitoring of results, WCR and cash flow. He also assists groups of companies on matters concerning tax integration and consolidated financial statements.
He has more than 10 years experience in numerous sectors of activity, including services, trade and industry and in particular the ready-made clothing, telecom and new technologies sectors. He takes part in most auction assignments, for which he is one of the firm’s experts.
Chartered accountant, Jérôme DEBROISE joined Nexia S&A in 2011 and became a partner in 2012.
