An attorney-at-law, Edouard Frizon advises groups and their managers on the tax aspects of their structuring, restructuring, development and divestment operations in France and abroad. His wide-ranging experience enables him to take a global view of operations and provide cross-functional solutions. Edouard also provides assistance with tax audits and VAT for French and international groups.
After working for major international law firms, Edouard joined Nexia S&A in 2019 to help develop the group’s tax business.
