Aca Nexia has carried out the financial due diligence of Legos on behalf of Siparex in the context of a minor LBO. Established in 2002 by Pascal Prot, Legos has had several lives. Historically a fixed-line telecom operator, Legos became a mobile virtual network operator (MVNO) on the SFR network in 2011 and then a full MVNO on the Orange network in 2015. This evolution and the required infrastructure now allow it to provide white label convergent mobile and fixed telephony services to "light" MVNOs, local ISPs or BtoC communication platforms by means of an app.
With no less than a hundred partner operators spread across 110 countries, Legos offers an international service that can be adapted to the needs of its customers.
With a solid positioning in growth sectors, Legos has experienced strong growth in recent years, with turnover doubling over the last three financial years and reaching around €13M in 2021. The company’s ambition is to double its activity in the coming years and to continue its development, particularly internationally.
The new financial resources provided by Siparex will enable Legos to continue its development, particularly internationally where it already has partners in Europe and a subsidiary in Asia, thanks to the deployment of its telecoms services on these two continents.
