One year after its takeover by Azulis Capital alongside its main managers, Hélios is carrying out an external growth operation with the takeover of the company Daniel Bain, a plumbing and roofing company established in Bobigny. Aca Nexia supported Hélios in carrying out financial due diligence.
Hélios is one of the main Ile-de-France specialists in the finishing work of the building (waterproofing, roofing and plumbing works) through two entities, GEC Ile-de-France and Sallandre. Located in Gennevilliers and Bagneux, the group is positioned on the renovation and maintenance segment, which has a recurring activity and its clientele is mainly made up of social landlords and actors of real estate assets management.
Hélios is today carrying out a new external growth operation with the acquisition of Daniel Bain. Founded in 1980 by Mr. Daniel Bain, the company which now generates € 6 million in turnover, specializes in the fields of roofing and plumbing for a clientele composed mainly of co-ownership trustees and also of institutional.
Daniel Bain has an excellent reputation. The company, located in Bobigny, allows the Hélios group to now have a presence in the northeast of Paris which will allow it to densify its areas of intervention in Paris and its inner suburbs. Finally, this acquisition allows Hélios to strengthen its expertise in the roofing and plumbing trades while capturing a new type of clientele.
